I am now living at LaVeta Grand. My family moved into our new home in mid June. We found the grounds and the staff to stand out more than the other places we saw when we were looking for a new place to raise our family. We had to cut back on our budget and we started looking for a place closer to our jobs. When we first saw the property, we thought the rent would be too high. We were trying to cut back on our expenses. We were surprised to find that we would be paying less and that we would not have to settle for second best and we would be closer to work. It is such a nice apartment. Our visitors are taken back with the size of our apartment and the lush park like feel when they get inside the gates. It feels so safe here, it is really a quiet place and two weeks ago the office staff had a pool party for all the residents with a Hawaiian theme, the food was great and they had island dancers. It was so nice, it feels like a community here and the neighbors are all so nice. You need to come see this property. The staff all seem so happy to be here and they treat us so well. I would recomend you to come see this place if you are looking for a new apartment. We really enjoy it here.

I love it! The train noise could go,but I got over it. I am glad they brought in a new manager she makes sure everyone is living by the rules. The parking is better because at least now I have two spaces assigned that I can depend on. One in the garage and one open space. I hope they keep this manager. She is firm and on top of things. I guess that people that dont like her would rather have the place go to down hill.

The apartments are larger than I expected with very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The brick patios open onto a common areas filled with large trees, and flower beds. The wide, and gently winding walkways give the feeling of a park setting. The staff is courteous and caring; maintenance keeps the gounds and apartments in tip-top shape. The street parking is somewhat limited, but garages and extra inside the gate parking are well maintained and secure. I would highly recommend La Veta Grand. I feel it is an exceptional value.

The only 2 problems are parking and parties but at least the security gaurd tries to stay on top of everything. The illegally parked cars she tows, but if she knows your car she tells you to move it. As far as the parties go for being one person for the whole complex and a woman she does one **** of a job. The only thing that really ****** her off is if the tenants disrespect her in any way because she really is the best security guard this place has ever had. She is the best thing about La Veta. <P>

look into renting a house to these prices u need something fixed then u better do it yourself <P>
