Orange Plaza Apartments is nestled a mere 10 minutes from downtown Orange County, close to I-55. Renters can choose from a number of bus stops located in the area to get into town. A shopping center nearby contains stores like Walmart and Sears. Olive Garden, Todai, and Zito’s Pizza are a few restaurants in the neighborhood where tenants can dine. A long-time resident loved the amenities and the location, but said some of the building is older and often required repair.
