Apartment Review for Orangewood Villa Apartments

my family and I have lived here for a very long time, and when i first moved in it seemed decent, but over the years it has completly fallen apart! What are these people doing with our rent money? Not turning it back on us, they have such a turn over on employees, how are they ever to complete anything?????? what a joke, every one is in fear of the old man, and his creepy daughter who sneaks arounds all the time, its like watching nick at night Adams Family!
No one wants to complain or even ask for help, why? they might charge you for a light bulb???
