IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE, YOU MUST READ ALL THESE REVIEWS!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS INSANE! THEY HAVE A NEW BLOND OLD HAG WORKING HERE THAT IS SO RUDE TO THE TENANTS, SHE MUST BE RELATED TO THE OWNER. They have OUTDONE themselves this time. They went to all the month to month tenants and MADE THEM SIGN A LEASE OR BE EVICTED! Along with this lease, they also raised the rent to make up for all the empty apartments they CANNOT RENT! THEY ALSO EVICTED SEVERAL PEOPLE FOR NO REASON AND THREW SOME GOOD PEOPLE OUT FOR NOT SIGNING. They shoved some LAME-*** LETTER in front of us to JUSTIFY the lease - stating how they have made SUCH WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY. Some of the things they forgot to mention in the list of all the WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENTS ARE THE $27,000 DRYERS AND THE LAME *** WALL FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER! WE STILL HAVE ALL OF OUR MAINTENANCE REQUESTS IGNORED. OR THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING, INCLUDING REPAIRS TO THEIR PROPERTY. IF I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL REPLACED DOES THAT MEAN I CAN TAKE IT WITH ME WHEN I MOVE? AND WHAT ABOUT THE STUPID LETTER STATING THAT IF THEY HAVE TO COME IN TO "DE-ICE" MY AIR CONDITIONER (*which means they will turn it off) THEY WILL CHARGE $25?? I'M POSITIVE THAT THE STUPID OFFSPRING OF LUCIFER IS GOING TO RESPOND TO THIS SAYING THAT NO ONE WAS FORCED TO SIGN ANYTHING. SHE IS RIGHT. BUT NONE OF US HAVE THE LUXURY OF AN ENTIRE STAFF TO MOVE OUR THINGS AND FIND A PLACE TO LIVE AS SHE DID. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE SICKEST OF THE SICK. THEY ARE MORE EVIL THAN ANYONE YOU MAY EVER ENCOUNTER. IN 6 MONTHS THIS PLACE WILL BE A GHOST TOWN. IN ONE YEAR, IT WILL BE A THING OF THE PAST. NO ONE deserves to be treated as these idiots treat people. Lucifer's wife is very ill so we must pay for her care.
