Apartment Review for Pinewood Villas

you can never get a hold of the manager, repairs take forever you have to bug to get any results. front gate broken for almost 2 months. gym..i guess if you call that a room with 2 broken work out machines. game room.. yeah right pool table with no sticks. laundry room.. machine says 1.50 your luck if you you spend 3 bucks before you find one that works. broken waher/driers for months. pool looks like a public swiming pool in the summer full of non tenants... everyone in the neighborhood seems to have a key. living in orange but it feels like compton.. DONT RENT HERE...im stuck they make you sign a 1 year lease <P>
