I have lived in numerous apartment communities all over orange county. Because I have a dog, I am limited in where I can live, but this place is the best I have found where I can have my pet. It is quiet, well kept, reasonably priced, and with many more amenities than most apartments of its price range. The few Mexicans that have left reviews say that the mgmt discriminates against them, however I do not see this as the case. I have lived in other apartments run by hispanics/latinos/Mexicans that were in much more deplorable conditions. I share my community with other Mexican families and they are treated no differently than those of other descents. If you don't like it here, then move to another crappy place. I recommend it highly!

HI I just found this site thought it was cool. I live here and I like it. I have no clue what the other people dont like. I love that I get to have my dog here. Nice manager and maintenance is done fast. I dont know why so many of the people put there comments in as anonymously. If it was real they would put there email address.

This apartment is pretty nice. Fireplace, huge bedrooms, and a funcational dishwasher.... which is more than I can say for my old apartment. The manager lives on the property so she is accesible. If you have an after hours emergency there is a number to call and maintenance gets here within an hour. It is very quiet here and just peaceful. Nice trees and grass.

I have lived here for two years. I love that I am able to have a dog. Yes they inspect the apartments, everytime they do I leave a list with what I need done in my apartment and within a few days to a week all are done. The manager is very nice and is friendly. <P>

You cant listen to what people say about this place. I believe people shouldnt judge this place just because one or two people are unhappy, you got to understand that the tenents well out number the management and maintenance workers put together. If you cant think for yourself then go ahead and belive what other people tell you. Bottom line it is an apartment not a house, so quit whining. If you dont want "inspections" or slow maintenance or anything else you can find to complain about then MOVE! Go buy a house and see what its like to actually be independent. <P>
