you may feel safe, but your property is not. The management has failed to address the problems that go on here, despite multiple reports of break-ins & vehicle thefts. There is a security guard but he only rolls through, and cops are regulars here. The price for even the cheapest unit is WAAAAAAY too high for the condition of the units. NONE of the cabinets are properly sized, fitted, OR installed. EVERYTHING is covered in like 50 coats of cheap paint that sticks to anything that is leaned against it, the bathtub and countertops are peeling for some unknown reason (maybe because they covered them in paint too!!). There is a 1" space at the bottom of the front door that welcomes all kinds of animal-life inside. Some of the tenants like to shout across the courtyard to each other instead of walking over to them, and oh yeah...themanager lady who lives here fights with her boyfriend(s) at 3 in the morning at the top of their lungs.
