Apartment Reviews for Sutter's Mill Apartments - Orange

Sutter's Mill Apartments lie just a couple miles east of the Santa Ana River. The apartments are at the center of many different shopping centers and locations for outdoor activities. Adjacent to the complex is Super Sports Golf & Rec Center, along with a CVS Pharmacy and Sears Optical. Within a two-mile radius there is a Jo-Ann Fabric store, Tuskatella Shopping Center, and Villa Park Town Center. One block north is a McDonald's, and a little over a mile east is Lutheran High School. Taft Elementary School is close for any tenants with children who attend. Surrounding parks include Shaffer, Eisenhower, and Olive Hills Park. Bus stops are placed conveniently nearby on N Canal St. As of April 2013, no tenants have reviewed the apartments.
