Do not live here pleaseeeee!!! IF you do prepare yourself for horrible apartment managing.. The manager, Ms Grubbs acts like shes doing you a favor when you need maintanence. The manager is also a lazy ***** that is good at cashing your rent check but when it comes to doing your maintanence she will take an eternity fixing it. The apartment do look descent but its not worth it down the long run.. The neighbors are the absolute worst..We have people dealing in the building, the cops are here every weekend. Also Beware of the Bitter hag on #5, she actually had the odacity to ask me if i am an illegal immigrant, Basically if your Black, Asian, Mexican or Gay, she will hate on you. Either way do not move in here, you are sparing yourself a lot of heartache and misery..
