Mesa Management the CORPORATE office makes regular 'appearances' and IF a resident is ALLOWED to talk to them - You WILL get a warm and sincere reply ending with "Give me SIX months to clean up the mess" (Sounds similar to Maint Mgr "When I come back from lunch" Then there is a woman in the Prop Mgr's office, supposedly the Manager. When we have questions, she is quick to answer in 20 words or less and thanks you!! The Leasing Manager should run the whole place - HE listens, writes things down, gives you an answer (unlimited sentences) and immediately (or asap) enters maint request in computer OR handles tasks himself that are probably not a part of his job duties.
The MONTHLY BILL, now due ON YOUR RENT CHECK (formerly billed by NWP. NOW=mini-sized NWP bill processed BY Emerald Isle)WATER (cold, hot and energy to heat it), sewer, trash and 3 'fees'. The WATER usage (SUB-metered -WHERE'S OUR METERS??) would be lower IF THERE WEREN'T SO MANY PIPES ERUPTING THE CEILINGS AND NOT FIXED RIGHT AWAY (Maint Mgr-Going to or At lunch, doesn't anser his walkie-talkie or dayoff.
Crime in the area is seeping onto our proprty or invited by the NON-SENIOR AGED PEOPLE LIVING HERE WITH THEIR ELDERLY RELATIVES THAT ARE DISABLED or have already died!!
IS IT NOT THE REASON FOR HAVING APARTMENTS IS TO RENT THEM. LISTEN AND BE HONEST IN ANSWERING THESE SENIORS CITIZENS. MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE VALUED, SINCE THEY ARE PAYING THE RENT, which no doubt contributes to the Salaries of Mgmt and Corporate. Heck, the monthly water bill alone should be on the stock market!!!!
WELL, HERE'S A NEWSFLASH. YOU WILL BE DOING A HECK OF LOT MORE RENTING the upcoming vacancies (& not by vacating due to death). LET'S SEE CORPORATE 'CLEAN UP' THE CRAP NOW!!! Those getting tennts on housing assitance are inspected which lately - during a big leak or problem. My case worker WILL clean up with reporting you guys to the county. With all of that information - FUTURE TENANTS-DONT RENT HERE NOW, THE CORP CLEANUP SHOULD BE DONE BY DECEMBER (of what year??). IF YOU DO RENT HER, BRING AN UMBRELLA AND YOUR OWN MOPS for the when pipes break and flood your apt and maint mgr is OUT TO LUNCH.
