Apartment Review for Emerald Isle

I moved in and the manager at the time always would listen, mingle with the residents daily, have a monthly(sometimes every two months) meeting w/residents-now never see the manager and there are so many non residents(children, grandchildren, brothers, sister, etc.) that our safety is no longer existent. NO ONE on the staff seems to care. The only maintenance men I see working are Steve and the newest guy(wears glasses and I think his name is Ben or Gus), The head of maintenance sits in another building for sometimes as long as two hours in a public room that has tables (he has hidden out there ever since I moved in). Is it any wonder that we don't get our maintainence done for several days unless we make repeated calls to the office. Never let Monica take your call because she doesn't speak well so she doesn't understand what you are reporting.
