Apartment Review for Emerald Isle

This complex has a LADY MANAGER,shes chubby and sits in the corner cubicle on the right hand side in the back,(i have not got her name yet but i will very soon to report how rude she is),she is two-faced, she acts like she cares just to get you to sign-up, she is very fake and treats us like pets here, it is like a prison the only difference is we get many visitations. she does not respond to any calls or request. also, the MAINTENANCE here are good for nothing, they dont know anything about electrical, phone, plumbing other than replacing out an outlet or replacing light bulbs. THIS PLACE REALLY UPSETS ME BECAUSE IT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAIN MAINTENANCE GUY WERE REPLACED. please save yourself from headaches and complication and move somewhere else.
