Apartment Review for The Terrace Apartments

This place does not have central air conditioning in the apartments. They have those wall air units and during the summertime in North OC. Its like living in an oven basically. opening windows don't even help. You are forced to stay in the one room the air conditioner is located in, because it isnt big enough to cool down your entire apartment. The owners of this property need to upgrade BADLY!!! <P>
