nice price nice location ( over a year ago )

its in the center of Pleasant Hill, like next door is the theatre and Albertsons, and Starbucks, and you are 3 lights away from the freeway....yet its so quiet there. They have beautifully kept grounds, with gorgeous flowers through out. The laundry room is open 24-7 and is really clean. The prices are pretty standard for the Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area, but a much better deal then what I could find in Walnut Creek. Their maintenance guy always took care of things for me, whenever I had any issues like right away. Managers were cool, easy to talk to. Nice place

My girlfriend and I have been living at The Terrace for three months and we will probably remain here for a year or longer. The management is friendly and responds quickly to requests. The location is excellent for those who want to walk. You can walk to BART, movie theater, grocery stores and much more.

The apartments come in a wide range of floor plans, but they all share the issue of thin walls. You may not hear what your neighbor is saying, but when they open a closet door or their movements at times. The apartments along the road do suffer from road noise. If you have kids this not an ideal place for them. The apartment is more geared towards adults. If you have cats, this is a very cat friendly place.

Price wise they seem to be a good value based on the market right now. Rent is high in the SF Bay Area, but they give more space per dollar then others in this in this great area. When compared to apartments in Walnut Creek, you gain 15-20% more space for your rent dollar here. We had been renting in Walnut Creek.
