Apartment Reviews for Del Prado Apartments - Pleasanton

The grounds are beautiful and its a decent complex, but the apartment is small, poorly laid out, and I don't feel its worth the $1230 rent. The biggest problems I experienced were lack of AC, the wall unit AC only cools the immediate area, forget about making the whole apartment cool, its not going to happen. Also experienced excessive noise, some by neighbors but mostly A LOT of noise from kids, constantly, kids all over the place yelling and screaming all the time, it was awful. I found it to be a generally noisy complex. Also, my apartment had a serious spider problem, I don't know if all apartments were like that but mine was bad. I lived at Del Prado for only 3 months and saw more spiders than in all 3 YEARS at my last apartment in Roseville CA. Also, my balcony was under a lot of trees and the balcony was useless because of the mess and spider infestation. In fact, I saw one of the largest, freakiest spiders I've ever seen hanging in the giant web it had built in the corner of my sliding glass door. All in all, not worth the money. I had a 3 month lease and I bailed when it was up. Oh and don't expect to get your deposit back. My deposit was $400, I was only there for 3 months, the apartment was in great shape, and I got back less than $100. Total rip off.
