Nice place, close to Raley's and nearby downtown. Washer and Dryer in closet on outdoor patio. No assigned parking though. <P>

I lived at the Promenade for over a year, and I must say, it was very hard to move! The staff was very responsive to my needs and the grounds were always beautiful. I never heard my neighbors, so noise was never a factor. I would highly recommend this awsome complex! <P>
