Apartment Reviews for Stoneridge Apartments - Pleasanton

I have lived in Stoneridge for over a year. These are the most exspensive apartment in Pleasanton. Not a good deal for the money. The carpet is VERY cheap. Within a month of moving in the carpet was filthy as the stain they clean came right back. the management blamed me and I'm sure they will keep my deposit. I have also heard this from other tenents. Also, the appliances are even worse. VERY cheap and they ran my PGE bill to well over $100 a month. Check out Archstone in Pleasanton for about the same money and 15 years newer and it shows. Would not recomend these apartments for what they charge. They also have bad habit if raising the rent when your lease runs out. They increased it by almost $200. and did lower it much with a new lease. Bate and switch. The management is also a mess. I wish i had moved into Archstone or to Dublin and lower rent and a better apartment.
