Apartment Reviews for Evergreen Apartments - Rancho Cucamonga

I moved into Evergreen Apartments in May 2009. The apartment I was originally promised was no longer available to me because the renter decided not to move. The office staff were very understanding of my plight and very sincere in their effort of trying to find me another apartment. Even one year later, the professionalism and the sincerity of the office staff remains the same and they greet me by name when I enter the office and/or even if I see them outside of that environment.

The apartment that I reside in now was very clean and I had no complaints as everything was in working order. When there is a problem, the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and courteous, even following up days later to ensure that everything is still working fine.

I feel quite safe in my apartment especially as I know that there is staff that patrols the complex during the night who stops to ensure that I make it up the stairs if he happens to be around when I arrive home late.

Currently the parking is adequate, however the structure is in need of some minor repairs and painting as the paint is peeling.

The apartment is very well insulated as my neighbor has a young child and I am always asking them for him as I never hear him cry. This surprises them as they tell me that when he is fussy late at night they are always trying to keep him quiet so as to not disturb me.

Overall, I am very comfortable in my apartment and I truly love living there. My only regret is that I do not have a washer and a dryer in my unit. However, the laundry facility is not far from my apartment and is is relatively clean all the time. The landscaping is well kept but sometimes tenants are not always careful about littering and that bothers me.
