Apartment Review for Knoll Brook Falls

The previous manager of the building was great.When they got the other management staff it went down hill from there.The building is falling apart and it needs allot of maintenance work in the appartment and around the building. The Management of the building is useless and they dont do much to keep the building in order.They never clean outside my appartment unless I complain.

The person in charge of the management of the building.She is very rude to her tenants and she like to threaten the tenants and not help them deal with the situation.There have been allot of complaints against her.I personally have had allot of problems with this apartment.When you complain they ignore and they don't come and fix the problem,They have old washers and dryers that take for ever to wash and dry and they wont replace them.

We pay allot of money for rent,and we dont get our value for our money in this building.I have a old stove that is falling apart and they wont replace it.

I do not recommend people rent in this building.
