I first moved in because I thought Bair Island offered a nice oasis close to the highway. The first year or two were nice, but recent management changes are turning this place into a police state. Seems every week we're getting a letter telling us not to this, not to do that. It's a community of responsible professionals who are often just in the middle of relocating or transitioning. We're not college kids treating this place like a dorm, and shouldn't be treated this way.
I for one am looking to move out soon. I can't stand coming home from work and finding ridiculous, lecturing letters on my door.

Looks Great, well maintained. Yes a marina can have noises but that is part of the character (atmopsphere) of a marina.
One criticism.. the appliances work well but are noisy and cheap looking, something an otherwise High class place should not have skimped on.
