This is awfully noisy apartment and possibly built during world war two, or at least they have bought the ACs from that era. This is one of my first apartment where they dont provide refridgerator. So make sure you negotiate on this early. Carpet are on average 3 years old and looks pretty dirty. Not to mention the mandatory warning signs to keep you aware of the health hazards. They use cheap paints which smell really bad and toxic.
In short, avoid at any cost.
