Inattentive Management; Difficult To Work With

Rented: From 2001 To 2002

I had a second floor apartment. There were always small children running around in the mid-afternoon, so be aware of that. I lost a significant amount of money because Management twice told the roommates that I pulled in through "apartment available" ads that they did not need to sign the lease when I specifically said that I wanted them to sign the lease. Without a binding lease, they moved in until they found something better, and then left. Do not rent from this place.
