I lived there and had a number of problems with the management. They told us we could have pets but then after we were living there they changed their mind. There were also water bugs galore, they are huge cockroaches. One time we found a huge lizard in our apartment. They also entered the apartments with no notices, illegally. Lastly they tried to illegally withhold my security deposit, under threat of legal action they returned my deposit. I went to ask what I needed to do in order to get my deposit back and they said they charge a cleaning fee no matter what. Overall, the place is nice, but the management/ownership should be avoided. The management was poor even after Dorothy left.
