Rented: From 2006 To 2008

Gated community, that is a laugh the gate is always left open. I can't have guests as the guest parking is full of car mostly broke down cars. The appearance is ok they cover the graffiti up pretty quickly. The office and maintenance is non-exsistant. I had the water heater go out and it was not considered an emergency call I was hoping the new management would be better but they aren't. Unit was below average condition. Noise level was a good thing for being so close to the freeway can really hear it. Overall very poor and will be moving soon. Not worth $1250 if they lowered it to $850 I would say livable.
