Not only is this place pretty brand new but it looks amazing, the inside and outside of the apartments just look great, me and my wife visited MANY apartments in Riverside County but this one takes the cake. The only negative part about it is that the very first days we moved in there was ALWAYS someone in our parking spot, and i went to management and they told us to deal with it and just call the toad truck, which i refused to not cause any conflicts with people we didn't know which is their job, and they just handed me a paper saying "Move Your Car From:Management" and done, other then that this place is amazing. (Did i mention this place is super cheap for all it offers!)

Much better than the other apartments down the street, the Pinnacle at Riverwalk. Oh yeah by the way, DO NOT move in there. It is very undesirable due to poor managment, security,parking, and maintenance.
