Review for Monroe Manor Apartments

This aparment, although it may look nice on the outside, is a nightmare on the inside. The managers are rude and very controlling. People move in with anticipation of living in a small community, but once their year lease is up, go running. The managers spread gossip about tenants to other tenants. I moved in and knew everyone's business within a week. They are slow to fix things and when they do, it is done with low quality. The owners are aggressive to sell this property. So, they do not want to put any more money into the repairs. The laundry room is filthy and the managers claim it is not their responsibility to clean it. They provide a mop, broom, and rags for the tenants to clean it themselves. They also allow large numbers of people to live in one apartment. There is a 2 bedroom apartment housing 9 people. Try living under that...not good. If you decide to move there be prepared to be harassed and bullied.
