I agree with the first review. The managers Barbie & Carl are vicious and intimidate people claiming that they know the law. The managers refuse to give their last names.. I wonder why? The duct tape on the rug inside the complex needs to go. Very tacky and unsafe. The porches are loaded with termite dust. They were inspected for termites about a year ago and nothing is done yet. They are selling the building "motivated seller". There is quite a few open apts there right now so $$$ will be tight so no repairs will get done. Trust.. DON'T DO IT!!
