Frustrations With Leasing Staff

I like the look of the apartments and like my place. I am often frustrated with the staff in the leasing office. They are not always open during posted hours. Maintence is great, but is managed off site. When I call the office, I never get a call back - it takes two or three phone calls. When I called about the cat problem outside my house I was told it was not their responsibility even though they managed the property. I was told the manager would resolve the issue of cats being fed outside, and nothing hads changed. The appearance of the facilites are nice, but there isn't as much to back it up after the sales pitch.
