Review for Sterling University Palms Apartments

I have lived many places and I really like Sterling. The design is absolutely amazing and i love how much I get with the rent. Everything is included from utilities to all the furniture. The units are all fully furnished. Also it is very close to UCR and walking distance to pretty much every kind of store you can think of. Also they have many events in which they give free food and lots of other stuff. The walls are thick and block out a lot of noise unlike every other place i lived where i basically knew my neighbor's life. The people that work there are really cool and always fix everything i put in for a work order. They also have a really nice gym, it's really big and has all the different kinds of machines and they even have a tanning bed which my girlfriend loves, they also have a big resort style pool and big hot tub. The thing i love is that everything is included in the rent, theres no extras or anything. the pool table is a really good one but the sticks arent that great but i put in a work order and im sure theyll change them out. Overall i have recommended this place to all of my friends and I think it's an excellent place to live. Very good pricing and very very good quality!

This was written by management. Outside of apartment looks nice but inside is horrible due to abuse by students. YOU WILL GET CHARGED AT END OF LEASE FOR CLEAN UP, ELECTRIC, PARKING ETC.... Everybody I know has been charged and so have I.
