Located right near California State University Sacramento, Fairlake’s is at a great location for college students and many chose Fairlake’s as their place of residency. The location also provides great convenience for others, as it is located right near the California Expo. Many residents seem to enjoy the landscaping and the atmosphere of the property. However, there are have been some complaints about the security and costs of utilities. Some residents feel that the security is not as attentive as they should be, and that the system of being billed for utilities is different than what they felt they were informed when they signed the lease. Some also feel that it is a little noisy, but those who like that lifestyle manage to have a great time, while others are still able to enjoy their apartments. Many residents who have chosen to live Harbor Oaks are very happy with the staff and with their location. Located conveniently close to downtown Sacramento and the airport, many residents love how close they are to restaurants, parks, the river, and how easy it is to travel. Many residents feel that the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to their needs and questions. They are also pleased to learn of how pet friendly Harbor Oaks is. They accept not only small dogs, but large ones as well, which makes residents with those larger dogs very happy. Rent ranges anywhere from $1045-$1345. Although, some have found the maintenance to not be quite as attentive as the rest of the staff, and that shows in some of the older buildings. Some have also found that parking can be slightly difficult to find, and that spaces seem a little spared. However, the residents who feel that way say it is still worth it for the quality of living. Northpointe Park Apartments provides many amenities at an inexpensive cost. The floor plans come very spacious and each unit features washer and dryer connections in the unit, as well as many other great amenities. Many residents are happy with the low prices that are offered for different floor plans. Rent varies around $771-$1350 for a two, three, or four bedroom apartment. However, some residents feel that the management and the property are not what they should be. There have been some crimes in the past that have left some residents feeling a little on edge. As well as the management not being as attentive as they should be. However, there are many families who still live here with their children who seem to feel differently. Many residents at Oak Ridge apartments are satisfied with their over all living experience. Especially when it comes to the property, staff, and location. Oak Ridge is located to many shopping areas with easy freeway access. Rent ranges from $750-$1023. Although, some residents have also mentioned that while the apartments come with many amenities, some of them are not in the best condition possible; and that it seems that age has gotten the best of some of the appliances in the apartments. Many residents however, love the property itself and say that it is nicely kept nicely. Several residents also said that they feel their staff is very friendly, and does a very good job of listening to their residents. At Rosedown you get great location and spacious apartments at affordable pricing. Rosedown is conveniently close to Highway 99 and Highway 50, and is minutes away from downtown, bus lines, shopping, Sacramento State University, banks, and schools. One thing residents seem to like best about Rosedown is how much space and amenities you get for your money. Rent ranges anywhere from $599-$775. Some residents have said that they have had some issues with maintenance and management in the past, but that usually the problems have been eventually worked out. Located one block from Capitol Mall amongst the city’s high-rise buildings, Governors Square has a great downtown location. From it, residents can walk to work, the Capitol, and some of Sacramento’s finest restaurants. Many residents really enjoy the apartments themselves and the amenities that they come with their apartments. The Governors Square also offers free parking. Rent ranges anywhere from $895-$1915, depending on the size. Although it has been said by some residents that the property has had some maintenance issues in the past, the management is always working on trying to improve it. Location seems to be key at Willow Grove. Many residents love how close it is to everything they need including great shopping, dining, and entertainment. As well as the easy access to California State University of Sacramento, and many great highways and freeways. Willow Grove offers as many as eleven different floor plans and many great amenities to prospective residents. Rent ranges anywhere from $700-$885. Located close to great schools, restaurants, and shopping, Park Terrace has made many of their residents happy with their location. Many residents said that they really like their location because they’re able to be near everything they need. Park Terrace also offers a lot for your money, with great amenities included and spacious apartments available. There have been minor complaints about the age of some of the buildings and how the property has been kept, but many residents don’t seem to care as much because they are happy with the apartments themselves, as well as the friendly staff. If you are over the age of fifty-five, Vintage at Natomas Field may be right for you. Specifically made for those over fifty five, Vintage at Natomas Field offers great amenities, community activities, and beautiful landscaping that many residents love and are happy they live here. Visitors such as children and grandchildren are always welcome, and there seems to be a lot of activities to do. There is also a van service available that will take residents out for planned tripped if driving isn’t an option for them. Rent ranges from $650-$942. Vintage at Natomas Field has also been known to rent to some younger tenants, and some residents like that and some don’t, but it all depends on preference.
