Review for Broadstone At Strawberry Creek Apartments

My husband and I moved in because we figured they are brand new and quite pricey, so we would be getting quality furnishings and professional management. We were completely mistaken! First, in order to park close to your apartment, you have to pay extra for a covered parking spot on top of the already outrageous rent that they charge you. Otherwise, it's a free for all with the rest of the complex and their friends and more often than not, you could plan on hiking it home to your apartment every day. Once you got home, you would have to deal with loud, disrespectful neighbors and druggies and if you complained to security or the office managers, it would take you a minimum of 3 hours to even have someone show up at your door to rectify the situation. I was rudely awaken at crazy hours of the morning by obnoxious night owl neighbors all the time. And lastly, the type of people that were living there were interesting to say the least. I would walk out to my car in the morning to find butt prints or finger prints on my hood where people had decided to cop a squat on my car. We even saw some people doing this and complained to the managers and of course all we got was an apology. My husband came out one morning to find trash in the back of his truck and even had someone pee on his truck!!!! The managers apologized again and offered to pay to wash his truck, but no other actions were taken. Needless to say, we were paying a lot of money to be living in the ghetto as we would so fondly refer to it as. I would definitely NOT recommend these apartments to anyone including my worst enemy. They advertise luxury living and a place to come home to, but we couldn't wait for our lease to be up so we could get the hell out of that awful place!!!!
