This unit was built in the 1970's so the technology and workmanship is 1970's style. I had no problem when I asked them to fix some major issues, they were there the next day and fixed it as best as was possible for the older building. A bit noisy with the hearing of neghbors but the young kids that live here all seem to be friendly and nice.
The pool is great and the gym is great because it is open 24/7. Laundry rooms could use more washers and dryers so that you didn't have to wait to do laundry.
It's nice not to be in a sterile building were no one talks to you, the people here are friendly. Close drive to just about anything you want.
