I have lived here for 7 years and I must admit that in the beginning, it was great. Good management, good security.
In the last 2 years however, it has become a dump. The landscaping firm, for example, instead of maintaining a good lawn, PAINTED THE GRASS GREEN when the grass died and started to turn brown.
They have 3 pools and a hot tub, but since April, the large pool, the medium pool, and the hot tub have been out of commission because they are re-doing them. The contractors hired for this failed to get the proper permits and now the repair work has been put on hold indefinitely.
This last year was the first year that they did not raise rents. They did one better. As of January 1st of this year, all tenants must pay for water usage, sewage services, and trash services.
