I have lived here for some time now and have seen more property managers pass through here than I care to see. There was a time when repairs would get done right the first time. Now when I have a repair that needs to get done it takes forever for them to even get here. For example, i had a leak coming into my unit from the upstairs units a/c, I called it, I understood it was the weekend and there was only one person. Here it is almost 2 months later, the hole they cut in the ceiling is patched but not retextured or painted, I just got them to put the numbers up on the door, the door is not painted, nor did they replace the whole door jam as they should have.
I would never recommend that anyone sign a lease here. It has gotten really bad over my stay here.
