Frequent car break-ins (and your stuff gets stolen) or you can your car stolen, not once but twice. Lots of freeway noise. If you don't mind being disturbed at 7:30am EVERY Tuesday morning by the lawn cutters then you are in the right place. And recent gunfire every weekend, and not to forget that the complex swimming pool is more like a dumping ground for refurbished water. The summer breeze brings more friends than you need, i.e. TERMITES, and the ants will join you for dinner and a shower without hesitation. But, with all that said, the complex is conviently located near Sacramento State College and the 50 freeway.
