I've lived here for 4 1/2 years. Others around me have been here for 10-20 years. There are a number of college students and others who live here for a brief time. But those of us who've been here for a while have a good relationship with the office staff - and that is important. I've never had a complaint about my apartment that didn't get taken care of immediately - and I mean immediately! Fix my screen door, grout my shower, put up ceiling fans, install a screen on my bedroom door to the patio - all requests taken care of within a day or two. Complaints about office staff? Probably depends on how well they know you and how you treat them. My rent is reasonable and has not gone up since I've been here.
There's enough parking for my one car and for any guests who come, although they may have to walk a bit. Also, the complex provides recycling services. Yes, the yardmen come early on Tuesday and that annoys the crap out of me - BUT - the yards look good. Haven't used the pool - but it generally looks clean.
Office staff looks after the residents - receiving UPS mail, etc. I would recommend this apartment complex. And, it is convenient to just about everything - not to mention being able to walk the American River Parkway - and freeway noise? Consider it white noise - just a background. I also hear the birds in the trees off my patio. I love it here.
