Ive lived here for almost two years now and plan on staying for a while longer. Ill admit, it has its up and downs. For one, the buildings are OLD, the plaster cracks, carpets are dingy, and you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. On the plus you cant hear a peep from your next door neighbors, very large patios, beautiful grounds, and newly remodeled 24 hour laundry facilities. You have to take the time to get to know the management and be proactive about maintenance problems. I have had a few ant problems that made me want to tear my hair out and flees when I first moved in. Prices have recently been raised and there really isnt a workout/sauna facility on property. I do feel safe though and you couldnt ask for a better location. Garbage, water, and sewer are also all included in the rent. The layout is very nice and there is LOTS of storage space. Even with all my pet peeves about this place, it really is the best place I could find for this price range. I suggest you give it a chance and check it out.
