Our complex manager is extremely helpful and pro-tenant. My contacts with her have all been very positive and she has gone out of her way to assist us with a difficult move to another unit. Also, she has told me that the management is currently working on correcting the maintenance problems they have had (She points out that the property was very run-down when her company bought it and many of the problems they purchased with the property still are being worked on).
