I lived here a while back- what the other person said about Virginia and the condition of the apartments is very true. Our apartment was mold ridden and rotten. The bedroom door was falling off--the door jam rotted out do to mold. Mold all over the bedrooom window-inside and out. Virginia will srew you if she can, so be careful (current residents)--we had no major problems with her untill we moved out--- though she threw up a lot of red flags about her mental state during our stray--I won't even go into the crap she tried to pull. Other tenants told me many stories about her causing them a lot of problems--I took it in stride until it happened to us- I think The managment company keeps her because she makes a lot of maney for them, especially when she tries to take all of your deposit when you move out. Thankfully, we took pictures of when we moved in and out--the place was cleaner when we left. With a threat of small claims we kept the deposit.
