take pics of the place before you move in....they'll come in handy once you move out.
There is mold all over the place....windows, bathrooms look horrible after a while....the paint just comes off the walls and the bath tub-floor.
The couple living upstairs argued/fought/threw stuff at each other almost everyday at any time and there was nothing done about it by management.
My bf car was stolen out of the parking lot. Not enough security!!!
