Here is the list:
Black mold that was just painted over and management just told us to wipe it without telling us what it is.
Parking is bad. Management has told me that we are better off parking in another covered spot that may or may not be for another resident if parking is full so you won't be towed. Visitors have more parking rights over residents.
Dead birds not being cleaned or picked up for weeks.
Small apartments, dated appliances.
Pests problem.
Managment is overall bad. Receptionist that can't answer any questions. Property manager that will continuously tell her "workers" that she will get back to you but won't. Management spends more time smoking during business hours than helping residents. Excuse after excuse will be given. Don't bother coming during business hours because they'll just close before they are supposed to. Corporation is just as bad. No point in getting a hold of them if Management won't get back to you.
Old wiring. Don't bother with cable because you won't see half the channels because of the old wiring. Cable companies have told management of the problem but they are too lazy to do anything.
Not enough storage. No room for clothes in closets and no room for food in kitchen.
Laundry rooms are okay, with the occasional flyer posted up about missing clothes from the laundry room.
Property is not well kept. More weeds than grass in some areas.
No security. Two guys in a rent-a-cop car that stay in the same spot with lights on. They don't move until they wake up.
Other residents are okay. Don't know and don't really care what kind of people they are, I haven't really been bothered by anyone.
Don't have package delivered here, especially is delivery is through UPS. UPS will try your apartment and if you're not home they will give it to management who will not inform you of the package until you figure out they have it. It's really UPS and the managements fault.
