I lived in this apartment community for over two years. It has been over two months and I still haven't received a letter or any kind of check back for the deposit. The management is poor and the maintence is worse. The prices have continued to increase in the past year. Look for a better bargain. When I lived here I had my car broken into twice... so be sure to leave nothing important in your car.
