I had my car broken in to twice (once stolen), busted windshield (sepereate incident than the breakins). My roommate's car was keyed. My friends car was broken into after 20 minutes being parked in the complex. Security?!?! HA. You mean the guy that sit in his car in front of the gate just watching people coming in (even those who OBVIOUSLY dont live there). Endless vandalism to the gate control box including people leaving while still on the call so you cant use it. Assist. property manager is wow rude. OLD carpet. I got horrible carpet when i moved in. I asked them to replace it due to thwir dishwasher leaving through cabinets and into the carpet. They refused and accused me of working on my car engine in my living room. Had to threaten a lawsuit to get my carpert replaced....just in the kitchen. Even after seeing how bad it was, the still refused to replace the dry section of the carpet.
