In the beginning I thought the apartment was great, but after a couple of months people started parking in my assigned parking (which is covered) many times, and I had contacted the courtesy patrol and management and nothing was done. A rock was thrown into my back car window. And, it wasn't parked anywhere, it was parked in my assigned parking. Management didn't do anything about it. Since it is near Sacramento State, I understand there will be many college students living around there. But, there is a certain extent that the noise level can raise up to. The courtesy patrol was of no help in doing so...and, keep in mind this was during a week night. Tenents living around us played their music throughout the day and night extremely loud (so loud it shattered things in the master bedroom-not exaggerrating, either), and the management took her time in dealing with the problem. So, I had no choice but to find another apartment once my lease was up.
