New company bought the place. Never had hot water in the 2nd bathroom, so unable to get roommate. Sewage backs up about every 2-3 months, goes unrepaired for 2-3 days. Some appliances faulty (using the oven sets off the smoke alarm), microwave heats in spots, refrigerator isn't cold enough), unclean conditions in apartment complex now, open dumpster with rats, management staff don't report complaints and don't respond, must put everything in writing. Only improvement is repair to laundry room appliances, lighting unsafe in some areas. No longer cleaning up walkways, trash, leaves, etc. as former management did, don't make repairs, don't resolve complaints about barking dogs, noise, etc. no longer have security that was present when I rented that would resolve/handle complaints, took emergency phone# off without notice. Dis Place Is a Dump! (with new mangement). I'm moving - they raised the rent!! They are big apartments though.
