We were informed after the fact that this complex was being sold. We soon found that went from nice but lazy to nasty and inoperable. The new management seems unaware that most people in th complex knew and liked the previous office staff, we didn't always get results for problems but they were pleasant and helpful. These people are nasty, and throw their weight around. Everyone who has lived here for some time and gone along with the slow repairs has decided to move when leases are up. What a dump.
