I just moved here and it was a MISTAKE. The mgmt staff lost my holding deposit and rather than admit their incompetence, I am being blamed for not paying (thank God for Golden 1 -- can prove they had money order).
I am taking this situation to the news media, sending complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the property mgmt co (not sure if that will do any good based upon other comments).
I will be warning everyone to stay away from this complex -- the ad lies about security as the gates are only partially around the complex. You want a secure apt complex with good security, try Seasons @ Winter Park (expensive but great security).
