We have lived at Shore Park for a couple of months now, when we first got here we had a laundry list of problems with the apartment...(washer and dryer broken,paint spatters on windows, different colors of paint on walls, missing screens, broken drawers, outlets not working, windows not secure, front access gate not programed correctly) pretty much you name it and it was wrong. Of course the management was contacted and while some minor problems were fixed we have yet to have screens, a working secure window, the wall and paint touched up and the drawers fixed. Management will say they are taking care of it but never do. We ended up having to do most of the replacements ourselves because things seem to never get done here. The front desk staff seems to be inadequate on how to run the office since they rarely get requests in or if they do they aren't correct. I have been told they got all new staff to correct the problems from the old staff but nothing has changed that I have noticed. They are often rude and snotty and seem to not care about their jobs at all. The manager always hires young girls while I have no prejudice toward them, the ones they hire seem to be here just for the money do whatever they want. Shore Park is a good place to live if you plan on having to do a lot of the work on your own. Which I suggest or you will be waiting for all eternity. Its cheap rent which translates into the service you get is what you pay for.
