this was a fairly well maintained complex, but for the past nine month the grounds have become littered with trash and old furniture. they're letting anybody live here or even worst just wander around the complex and hang out. there's a constant group of teenage drop-outs and unemployed twenty-somethings wandering thru the complex all day 24/7. beat up and abandoned cars take up parking and are an eyesore. cars are broken into regularly and now the garages are too. the new management is incompetent and scared, and you should be too! the current management company (Buckingham) can't keep a manager here more than a few months at a time. there's been 4 or 5 managers in the past two years. this was a nice, clean, mostly quiet place. what a difference a year makes.
