The previous managment company was jerks. Owners fired them last month and are making good changes. Good: Owner is bothered, garages for all aparmtnets, nice apartments, more staff help. Bad: maintentance was slow (but getting more help now), security from outside visitors and unwanted guests (but owner is getting video surveillance soon).
